We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to join our internal team as a Technical Support Specialist. This role will involve providing comprehensive technical support to our internal team members across various business entities in different Emirates. They will be responsible for troubleshooting IT-related hardware and software issues, assisting with internet connections, and GPS systems, and implementing software solutions.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for IT-related hardware, including troubleshooting and maintenance.
- Assist in setting up and troubleshooting internet connections and assistance with GPS systems.
- Implement software solutions and provide support for software-related tasks, including configuration and updates.customer for this feature.

- Currently available in UAE
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Must Have
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
- Strong understanding of IT hardware, software, and networking principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid UAE driving license.
